Schindler University at Chakan, Pune is an internal training campus built to shape techno-commercial executives who can bridge technical expertise with client engagement. Schindler engaged Blues N Coppers to craft an inspiring environmental branding experience that mirrors the brand’s values—innovation, precision, and people development—so new engineers feel oriented and connected from day one. The project complements Schindler’s technical training centres in Mumbai, Noida, and Bengaluru with advanced, India-specific learning pathways.
Spread across 12,000 sq ft, the space uses high-impact visual storytelling: large wall graphics celebrate innovation and safety, while bold 3D letters mark zones and create photo-worthy brand moments. A custom interactive kiosk guides recruits through training phases such as technical learning, practical exposure, safety protocols, and professional milestones, turning orientation into an intuitive, self-led journey. Every element works together to communicate Schindler’s ethos, streamline onboarding, and build pride in the engineers who will carry the brand forward.
