Pelican at Plast India

At Plast India, one of India’s largest trade shows for the plastic manufacturing industry, Pelican entrusted our exhibitions team to create a grand and engaging exhibition space for the exclusive launch of their Pelican Extrusion Lamination Machine. Pelican’s goal was to strengthen relationships with existing customers and attract new business by showcasing live demonstrations of their flagship machines.

To achieve this, our team designed a sprawling 512 sqm booth with an additional 100 sqm mezzanine floor, allowing visitors to view the machines from above for a clearer understanding of their operation.

The booth featured three large live machine demos, multiple open meeting areas to manage high visitor traffic, and six air-conditioned VIP business rooms to facilitate private discussions between Pelican’s senior leadership and clients. With an impressive overall height of 6 meters, the booth made a commanding presence on the show floor, drawing significant attention.

The design and execution earned praise from both Pelican’s team and visitors, who appreciated the thoughtful layout enabling a smooth, sequential demo experience.
