When the timeline gets shorter, planning gets sharper.

Grundfos approachedBlues N Coppers for Big 5 Saudi with the show already close.

It was a familiarpartnership. Having worked together across previous projects, the teams alreadyunderstood each other’s expectations and ways of working. That familiarityallowed the project to move quickly from drawings to execution.

A fixed deadline. A lot tocoordinate.

There was plenty tocoordinate within the available build-up window.

The booth broughttogether an overhead suspended fascia, custom-fabricated curved structures, multiple lighting treatments, large-format graphics, digital screens, productdisplays, furniture and meeting areas. Many of these elements depended on whatcame before them, making the sequence of installation critical.

And there was onedeadline that stayed fixed throughout: show opening.

The build started before reaching the venue

Blues N Coppers mappedthe build around the sequence in which each element needed to come together onsite. Rigging had to happen at the right stage. The structure had to follow.Electricals, lighting, graphics, AV and finishing each needed their own windowafter that.

This planning gaveevery team a clear path through the build and kept the installation movingsteadily towards handover.

Starting from the top

The suspended Grundfosfascia was one of the first major elements to be coordinated.

Blues N Coppersmanaged the rigging, establishing the overhead elements before the booth tookshape beneath them. The suspended branding and the architectural structurebelow had to sit correctly in relation to one another for the finished booth tomatch the approved drawings.

Rigging is specialistexhibition work, and experience made it a familiar part of the process.

Where precision started to show

The sweeping whitearchitectural elements were custom-fabricated specifically for the project.

Their curved profileswere paired with integrated linear lighting, alongside additional lightingacross the floor, branding and booth. Against Grundfos’ blue, the illuminatedwhite structure made alignment and finishing particularly visible.

As the structure cametogether, so did the remaining layers. Graphics, screens, product displays, furniture, and final detailing- each was a separate part of the build.

The finished booth hadto feel like one.

Ready before the team walked in

By show day, the buildhad moved through rigging, fabrication, installation, lighting, graphics, AVintegration, and finishing.

Before the Grundfosteam walked into the booth, it was ready.

The structure wascomplete. The lights were on. The graphics and screens were in place. Theproducts and furniture were set. And the finished space was handed over asintended.

Grundfos was happywith what they walked into.

There was nolast-minute crisis that became the story of the project.

The planning had already done itsjob.

A finished exhibitionbooth rarely shows the coordination that went into getting it there.

For Grundfos at Big 5Saudi, Blues N Coppers handled the moving parts from rigging coordination andcustom fabrication to installation, integration, and finishing, so that whenthe doors opened, the booth was simply ready.
