Grundfos - Mini Engineering Day

Grundfos aimed to hold an exclusive, insight-driven event in Jeddah to reinforce the brand's presence in Saudi Arabia. The idea was to bring together key customers for technical discussion and hands-on product explorations.
They collaborated with Watts, a leading valves and accessories company, to demonstrate how together they can revolutionise the plumbing industry.

Grundfos teamed up with Blues N Coppers's events team to realise this vision. Our team managed the event end-to-end, from venue finalisation and RSVPs to visual storytelling and seamless on-ground execution. To make the event interactive, four podiums were put up around the event hall displaying Grundfos and Watts products. Visitors could explore and know more about the product from experts.
