At the Godrej Efacec AGM / Strategy Meet, the brief was clear: align leadership, technical, and business development teams on a focused growth roadmap for the next few quarters. Blues N Coppers transformed a premium conference hall into a fully branded, confidential meeting space designed for clarity and momentum. A boardroom layout for 80+ senior executives encouraged eye contact, open dialogue, and quick decisions, while the environment signalled purpose from the first minute.

Robust AV made the conversation effortless: dual projection screens kept data and presentations visible from every seat; wireless conference microphones for each participant and high-speed video-conferencing connected remote stakeholders. Brand presence stayed subtle yet strong through a custom backdrop, branded podium, stationery kits, and personalised nameplates. Breakout corners with whiteboards invited ad-hoc huddles and idea capture.

The result was a seamless, high-impact working session that aligned teams and clarified immediate priorities.
