Fujitec turns movement into mastery.
In Chennai, we shaped a 7,500 sq ft Fujitec experience center to put engineering excellence within arm’s reach. Visitors could move through full-scale elevator cabins with varied finishes and lighting, an escalator and moving walkway section running live, and cutaway models that reveal gearless motors, safety brakes, and guide rails. Large wall graphics mapped Fujitec’s global footprint and milestones, 3D brand statements created photo-worthy moments, and clear wayfinding lead the tour from product to product. Seminar rooms, a live demo bay, and relaxed lounges turned curiosity into informed conversations.
The heart of the space was a Remote Monitoring Room with a live feed wall showing elevator performance across India, a diagnostics dashboard for preventive maintenance, and an interactive training mode that played out real alert-to-resolution flows. Together, training zones and hospitality pods built confidence, while hands-on systems and expert consults deepened trust and readiness in the Indian market.
