Working as a Business Development Manager with Blues N Coppers Exhibitions you will be responsible to drive forward the custom stall design and build business in the domestic and international market
You will be responsible for developing new clients & managing an existing portfolio of clients, consisting of Global MNCs, Domestic companies and SMEs.
You will be selling premium custom stands into the fast moving and competitive environment, so you must be able to be consultative and thorough in your sales approach and be adaptable. You would need to learn about our client’s industries and its exhibitions.
Key Requirements :
- 3 - 5years of work experience, B2B experience preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Leadership experience in marketing and sales
- Experience in cold calling / customer service on calls

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Office Tasks:
- Generate new business through cold calling and via team efforts for exhibition stall design services among corporate & semi-corporate clients
- Client requirement mapping
- Manage a team of BDAs - Scheduling and Allocating shows, follow ups, Allocate leads (Web enquiry) and achievement of targets
- Trouble shooting queries
- Presentation of the design to the client, understanding his feedback & getting the necessary modifications in the proposalÂ
- Co-ordination between the client & internal departments for timely completion of all processes like design approval, follow up & other processes etc.
- Help BDAs to get contact details of the concerned person
- Liasion with the creative head to make sure designs are submitted on time
- Give quotations for proposal
- Create show wise report and monthly management report
- Train BDAs
- Update Exhibition calendar on timely basis
- Come up with better ideas to market our brand
- Preparing a quarterly sales estimation and work allocation and presenting it to the management
- Making a recruitment plan for new BDAs
- Price negotiations, closing deals and collections
- Achieving profit and value maximization by executing the sales plan
Field Tasks:
- Visit shows / sites along with the respective BDAs for marketing activities
- Attend and lead client meetings along with respective BDAs and facilitate till the closure
- Visiting exhibitions/ workshops for training and development
